IRON PAINT 1K TOPCOAT
IRON Paint 1K is a high-grade solvent-based multi-purpose topcoat, single-component system, curing by oxidation mechanism. The product uses high-quality Acrylic TPA resin, combined with pigments, solvents, and specialized additives, forming a hard paint film with good adhesion and high durability. The paint contains no lead or mercury, providing improved safety for applicators.

Shelf life and Storage
Flammable product.
Store in dry, cool conditions, away from heat sources, ignition sources, and water.
Close the lid tightly after use. All application-related work must comply with health, safety, and environmental protection standards. Shelf life: 18 months from the manufacturing date.

Surface Preparation
The surface must be clean, dry, and free from contaminants.
For aluminum, iron, carbon steel, and non-rusted steel: the surface must be cleaned and roughened manually or mechanically.
For steel and galvanized sheet: the surface must be clean, dry, and free of zinc salts. Cleaning method is the same as above.
For surfaces with existing old paint: sandblasting or high-pressure water cleaning to remove contaminants.
Application Conditions
Application under sunny weather or indoors.
Temperature > 15°C.
Relative humidity < 80%
Application Method
Paint system: Single-component
Mixing ratio: 40 - 60%
Thinner: Red Dragon industrial gasoline
