EPOXY FLOOR PAINT IRON
IRON epoxy floor paint is a two-component, solvent-based epoxy coating, cured through a chemical reaction between premium epoxy resin and polyamide hardener. The product forms a hard, durable coating film with excellent adhesion and high gloss, suitable for a wide range of industrial and residential flooring applications.

Surface Preparation
Remove surface defects such as uneven or raised areas.
Repair cracks using adhesive or specialized repair materials.
Grind the surface to create roughness and improve paint adhesion.
Thoroughly remove dust, oil, grease, and contaminants.
New concrete substrates must be cured for a minimum of 28 days.
Application Conditions
Apply in dry weather conditions or indoor environments.
Ambient temperature: 15–40°C.
Air humidity: < 65%.
Substrate moisture content: < 6%.

Coating system: Two-component
Paint-to-hardener mixing ratio: 2:1 (by volume)
Thinner: Red Dragon gasoline
Thinner mixing ratio: 10% of total mixture volume
Application tools: Short-nap roller
